I, _________________________ (Owner), hereby sign and approve of all of the following terms and conditions and agree to abide by them as specified.
1. Cancellations or Rescheduling. Two (2) hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Please call, leave a voicemail if there is no answer, and explain that you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson. If the client does not cancel as required, and is not present at the lesson location, they will be charged a 50% fee of the usual lesson price. The 50% fee will need to be paid prior to or on the day of your next lesson.
2. Bounced Checks. If a check bounces, the fees are to be reimbursed to Brittany Robinson prior to or on the day of your next lesson. The training fee and bounced check fee is also to be provided in the form of cash. In the event that the fee is not reimbursed in a timely manner (within two weeks), you may be subject to criminal prosecution.
3. Cooperation. The owner understands and agrees that they are being trained to train their own dog(s) and that without 100% cooperation with the trainer; they will not receive the results they want.
4. Equipment. The owner understands that they are responsible for purchasing any additional equipment that the trainer recommends for training their dog(s).
